Privacy Statement

This site ("www.dataprotection.eu") is hosted by Host Europe GmbH. The privacy statement (Datenschutzerklärung) of Host Europe GmbH can be read here. The author of this site, András Jóri, has access to the logfiles generated by the webserver, containing the following data:

• IP address of the computer from which a page under http://www.dataprotection.eu was reached
• IP address of the Internet page that contains the link followed by the visitor ("referer"), and in case of using a search engine, the keywords typed in by the visitor
• date and time of the visit
• type of web browser and operating system used by the visitor,
• protocol version,
• name of files accessed,
• transferred volume of data,
• status information.

Data in the logfiles might qualify as personal data according to Hungarian data protection law. The purpose of the processing is generating statistics about the web traffic of the site. These statistics look like this, and contain no personal data.
